Return/Refund policy

Due to everything being made to order I do not accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery. Once an order is placed, there can be no changes and it is final. Please review your entire order before purchasing. However, I understand that things happen. Returns, refunds and exchanges are all handled on a case by case basis. If the item arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectation, please email within TWO days of package delivery. Requests made after this timeline will not be processed. I only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. I will always do my best to accommodate your requests.
